Hello! My name is Veronica, but I also go by Vero. My pronouns are she/her and I am the Foster Youth Services Liaison. I am currently a student at Hartnell College, where I am pursuing a major in Business Administration. I am dedicated to completing my degree within the next two years.
As a former foster youth, I have a passion for supporting my peers who were currently or formerly involved in the system. My personal experiences fuel my passion for creating a positive impact in their lives. I am particularly focused on fostering a sense of community among foster youth, as there are often limited opportunities for us to come together. At The Epicenter, I aspire to help cultivate an environment where these individuals can heal, grow, and realize their full potential. My ultimate goal is to see foster youth thrive and succeed, and I strive to provide guidance and support as they navigate their paths. 🙂
Outside of school and work, I love spending time with family and friends, particularly my one and only sister. We’re truly like two peas in a pod. In addition to that, I have a passion for writing, shopping, fashion, and listening to music.
