Hello everyone, my name is Annaliese Ascencio, and my pronouns are she/her. I currently serve as a CSUMB Collaborative Health and Human Services Intern with The Epicenter. A little bit about me I truly enjoy spending time outdoors, whether that’s hiking, exploring nature, or simply being with my friends and family. My long-term career goal is to become a social worker, with a strong focus on working with youth, particularly within the foster care system. I am deeply passionate about advocating for young people and strive to be a consistent, supportive presence in their lives as they navigate challenges and transitions. After completing my undergraduate degree, I plan to attend graduate school to earn my Master of Social Work (MSW) and continue building the skills needed to support and empower youth in meaningful ways.
